Race Maps

Maps of 8 July 2017 Gatineau Triathlon Edition. Please note that the maps can be modified for the next event held on 7 July 2018.

 

All competitions will take place at Lac Leamy Park. The race courses are grouped in 4 categories:

  • Long courses (Olympic and Sprint Triathlons, Olympic and Sprint Duathlons)
  • Short courses (Grand  Prix, U15, U13, Try-a-tri and Team Triathlons)
  • Youth courses (U11, U9 and U7)
  • Run courses (10 km, 5 km and 1 km)

 

Swim Course

The swim will be held in Lake Leamy for all categories.

Long Course

The bike course is on a closed circuit. The run is on a cycling path along the river. This map is for the Olympic and Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon.

Short Courses

The bike is on a closed circuit. The run on the cycling path along the river. This map is for the Grand Prix Series, U15, U13, Try-a-tri and all Team Triathlons.

Youth Courses (U11 to U7)

The bike is on the road leading to the lake (closed circuit). The run is on a cycling path along the river. This map is for the U11, U9, and U7 categories.

Run Courses

The runs will take place on a cycling path along the river for the 10 km, 5 km and 1 km (closed circuit). For the 5 km, each loop along the river is 2.5-km long, 5-km runners will therefore complete 2 loops. 10-km runners will do 4 loops.
