The 30th edition of the Gatineau Triathlon – a success all around!

The 30th edition of the Gatineau Triathlon was a great success! The sun was out to provide an exceptional experience for over 1000 athletes! With a colorful program, including the Elite National Championship, the Canadian Armed Forces National Championship, the Quebec Cup races and the Olympic, Sprint, Enduro, Try-a-tri and Youth Triathlons, there was something for everyone! The Gatineau Triathlon Corporate Cup, in its eighth edition, allowed us to give a total of $1800 in grants to three local foundations.

A special THANK YOU to all our partners and the 150 volunteers who make this event possible year after year.

The Club Espoir Triathlon de Gatineau, which benefits from all the profits generated by this event, will be able to continue to support nearly one hundred triathletes aged 7 to 17 in the region and thus allow the development of triathlon. These investments are certainly paying off. Noémie Beaulieu, Kamille Larocque and Jonathan Lapointe, all alumni of Club Espoir Triathlon, were respectively crowned Canadian Elite Champion, Canadian Elite Vice-Champion and Canadian Armed Forces Vice-Champion before our eyes!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We hope to see you again next year to help us achieve our 31st edition.
